The VPN Bro is a small independent deals guide. It does not run a helpdesk, and it cannot help with a NordVPN or Surfshark account, a payment, a refund, or a forgotten password. For those, use the provider’s own support page. NordVPN and Surfshark both have live chat support, and they are the only people who can see your account.
If you spot a wrong price, a broken link, or a fact on this site that has gone out of date, the most useful thing you can do is check the provider’s own checkout page first, because prices change at checkout and this site says so on every page. This site is updated for the Black Friday sale, and prices are checked against the providers’ own pages, but a price can change between our check and your visit.
